Does it work with my phone case?
Yes, it works with cases up to 3mm thick. MagSafe-compatible cases offer the best magnetic alignment experience.
Do I need a special wall charger?
We recommend a 20W+ USB-C charger for maximum simultaneous charging speed. A 12W charger will work but at reduced speed.
How long does it take to charge?
iPhone 0-100% in approximately 90 minutes. Apple Watch in 90 minutes. AirPods in 60 minutes.
Does it work with Android?
The phone pad works with any Qi-enabled device at 10W. The Watch and AirPods zones are Apple-specific.
